Business Process Automation (BPA) & Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Weidenhammer is excited to help businesses accelerate their growth through automation. Automation can be a true gamechanger when it comes to increasing capacity, speed, data insight, and operational agility while reducing cost and risk.

Weidenhammer focuses its efforts here into two main practice areas: Business Process Automation (BPA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Business Process Automation (BPA)

BPA uses technology to automate repetitive elements of your workflow. This is achieved by digitizing processes and routing information to the right resource at the right moment in time in a rules-based fashion. Through the elimination of manual labor, BPA can minimize costs, increase efficiency, and streamline processes, while simultaneously increasing accuracy and freeing up key staff. Typically, BPA solutions can be standardized and leveraged across an entire department or organization.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Sometimes, RPA may fit as a component of an organization’s BPA efforts and strategy. RPA solutions consist of “bot” software solutions that imitate manual processes. Configured to automate repetitive tasks, RPA bots work directly across application user interfaces, and often times multiple systems. This may include copying and pasting data, filling out forms, logging in and out of applications, opening emails and attachments, and extracting data from documents.
