Weidenhammer Promotes Bergen to Director of Professional Engineering Services
Reading, PA – March 31, 2021 – Weidenhammer has promoted Donald C. Bergen to Director of Professional Engineering Services in its Hammer Tech business unit. “Don’s thought leadership will continue to be instrumental in our evolution of current solutions and the development of new and exciting opportunities,” states Anthony Cartolaro, Vice President – Hammer Tech, Weidenhammer.
In his new position, Bergen will continue to lead the Professional Engineering Services Team for the firm and manage the partnership with Cisco. He will work with Weidenhammer’s sales team and engineers to ensure a positive client experience and outcomes when engaging Weidenhammer in the design, implementation, and support services delivered by the Hammer Tech business unit.
He most recently served as Manager, Digital Platforms since October 2019, and joined Weidenhammer as a Systems Engineer in March of 2007.
Prior to joining Weidenhammer, Bergen served as Network Communications Manager for Wyomissing Area School District. A resident of Schuylkill Haven, PA, Bergen holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. He holds numerous Cisco professional certifications.
