Charles Zwicker named as Weidenhammer’s First Chief Operating Officer since inception in 1978

The company adds to its c-level leadership team for the second time in six months.

Philadelphia, PA – May 18, 2018 – “We will benefit from multiple business advantages as a result of Chuck’s promotion to Chief Operating Officer. Those including enhancing project execution, optimizing resources, and, of course, streamlining operations,” states John P. Weidenhammer, President and CEO of the firm.  He continued, “Chuck started as a Sales Manager in 2006.  He has consistently and successfully helped improve organizational processes, corporate messaging and hitting our revenue targets for his 12 career years with Weidenhammer.  Now we can benefit from his focus on internal operations as well.”

In his new role, Chuck will lead commercial operations including Platform Solutions, Software Development, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and the Commercial Sales Business Units.  He will continue to play a key role enabling the firm’s relationships with important business partners such as Cisco, Magento, Microsoft, and Veeam.

“I am honored to have been given this very important role within Weidenhammer,” stated Zwicker.  He continued, “It is important for businesses to maintain a daily focus on their operations in order to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction to their clients.”

Zwicker has thirty years’ experience in technology and sales operations.  He is a member of Cisco’s Channel Advisory Board and SMB Advisory Board. He also serves on the Parents’ Council for Stevens Institute of Technology and the Technology Steering Committee for LaSalle College High School.

Zwicker received his BS in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University, and is originally from Springfield, PA, now residing in Fort Washington, PA.
