Digital Experience Management powered by ThousandEyes
Your MSP may be monitoring the infrastructure. We monitor the experience.
Know exactly when and where user experience problems start before they become business problems
Modern businesses depend on cloud, SaaS, Microsoft 365, remote work, ISPs, and third-party services that they don’t fully control. When something is slow, users feel it, and IT often gets stuck wasting time identifying and proving where the issue actually lives. Digital Experience Monitoring powered by ThousandEyes gives midmarket organizations end-to-end visibility across the full digital path, helping teams isolate issues faster, reduce disruption, and move from reactive troubleshooting to proactive experience management.
From uptime to experience – that’s the next level of managed services.

Stop Guessing. Start Knowing.
Most IT monitoring tells you whether the infrastructure is up. But employees and customers don’t experience “infrastructure.” They experience slow apps, dropped sessions, laggy cloud platforms, unreliable connections, and finger-pointing between vendors.
That’s why Weidenhammer created Digital Experience Monitoring powered by ThousandEyes, a managed service that helps midmarket organizations see where experience problems actually start across Microsoft 365, SaaS apps, cloud platforms, ISPs, remote users, and network paths. Because the goal isn’t just uptime. It’s a better digital experience for the people who keep your business moving.
The business benefit is simple: faster answers, less downtime, fewer productivity drains, and better accountability when something slows the business down. From uptime to experience; that’s the next level of managed services.
If You’re Asking Questions Like These, This Solution Is For You:
- “Why do users keep saying the system is slow when everything looks healthy?”
- “Is the issue our network, the ISP, Microsoft 365, the SaaS provider, or something else?”
- “How do we support hybrid users and distributed sites without adding more tools and noise?”
- “Can we detect performance degradation before users complain?”
- “How do we hold providers accountable with real data?”
Digital Experience Monitoring Powered by ThousandEyes Addresses the Following Challenges:

Limited Visibility Beyond Your Network
Traditional MSP monitoring often stops at infrastructure health. This extends visibility into internet paths, ISPs, SaaS providers, cloud platforms, and remote users.

Slow, Frustrating Troubleshooting
When multiple providers are involved, everyone can look “green” while the user experience is still poor. ThousandEyes helps isolate where performance breaks down.

Microsoft 365 and SaaS Performance Uncertainty
ThousandEyes can monitor Microsoft 365 availability, connectivity, web performance, and real-user sessions from offices and endpoint devices.

Hybrid Work and Distributed-Site Complexity
Remote users, branch networks, VPNs, ISPs, and cloud services create blind spots that traditional monitoring does not fully cover.

Reactive MSP Support
This service proactively detects issues and allows you to take an action before users even notice a problem.
What Will I Gain From Digital Experience Monitoring powered by ThousandEyes?

FASTER ROOT-CAUSE CLARITY
See the full path from user to application so that your team can identify whether performance issues are internal, provider-related, cloud-related, or application-related.

LESS TIME WASTED
Forrester’s ThousandEyes study found more than a 50% productivity boost for IT and network operations teams and a 50%-80% reduction in mean time to identification for P1/P2 remote-worker incidents.
STRONGER BUSINESS CONTINUITY
Up to 40% less downtime and 50% faster mean time to resolution (MTTR) using Cisco SD-WAN and ThousandEyes for visibility and proactive issue resolution.

BETTER PROVIDER ACCOUNTABILITY
Use real performance evidence to engage ISPs, cloud providers, and SaaS vendors instead of relying on assumptions or screenshots.

FLEXIBLE ADOPTION
Monthly consumption-based usage with no minimum commitment requirement.
How Does This Help My IT team?
It Gives Them Proof
IT can move from “everything looks fine” to “here is exactly where the experience is breaking down.”

It Reduces Finger-Pointing
When the app, ISP, network, cloud, and SaaS provider all overlap, ThousandEyes helps separate symptoms from root cause.

It Supports Proactive Service
Tests and alerts can be used to detect degradation before users complain.
It Fits Lean Teams
Weidenhammer integrates this visibility into managed services, alerting, escalation, support, and reporting processes rather than forcing you to operate yet another standalone tool.
Why Choose Weidenhamer?
Most MSPs are built to monitor internal infrastructure. Weidenhammer adds a managed experience layer, one that connects infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, Microsoft 365, ISPs, remote users, and business-critical workflows into a clearer operating picture. Powered by ThousandEyes and delivered through Weidenhammer’s managed services team, this offering helps midmarket IT teams prove root cause, reduce disruption, and bring accountability to the full digital experience.
