Weidenhammer Systems Corporation has developed a comprehensive benefits program to provide financial protection, career development, and retirement security for our team members. We continually assess and enhance our benefit program to best meet the needs of our team members and their families. Benefits begin on the first day of employment. There is no waiting period. Weidenhammer pays the majority of the premium cost of these benefits for its team members. The following summarizes our benefits.

  • Weidenhammer offers Health Plans which provide a full range of benefits and limits out-of-pocket expenses to our team members.
  • The Prescription Drug Plan includes retail and mail order programs. The plan includes co-payments for Generic, Brand Preferred, and Brand Non-preferred.
  • Dental Care covers preventive care services, which are paid based on usual customary and reasonable charges. The plan also includes basic and major services which are subject to a low deductible with a maximum per benefit year.
  • Retirement Saving 401(K) Plan with Fidelity Investments:
    • Team Member can contribute 1-22% of their bi-weekly pay on a pre-tax basis, with a company match on the first 8%
    • Immediate participation and rollover from qualified plans are permitted
    • Plan provides 24 investment options
    • Track your investments using Fidelity’s secure website–24 hours a day, 7 days a week
    • Investment choice changes can be made at your discretion
    • Catch-up option available for those who qualify
  • Flexible Spending Plan – three components of Section 125 of the IRS Code enables you to make pre-tax contributions for Health and Dental premiums, other medical expenses and dependent care expenses.
  • Life Insurance – Company provided
  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance – Company provided
  • Long-term Disability Insurance – Company provided
  • Paid Time Off – Holidays, vacation, sick leave. Unused sick days can be carried over to the next year.
