Major Projects

BEDS – Custom Billing & Invoicing System

As a leader in the self-funded benefits space, Benecon required a custom solution to manage complex invoicing across multiple benefit offerings. Weidenhammer created BEDS, a billing application that aggregates data from multiple source systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, and others) to generate detailed invoices with full transparency. The system handles retroactive policy changes and rate adjustments, organizes customer data with detailed breakdowns of employee enrollment and service charges, and produces granular reports deliverable to AP, HR, and Finance departments.

ConnectCare3 (CC3) – Healthcare Case Management Application

Benecon’s ConnectCare3 service helps enrollees manage chronic conditions, connect with healthcare resources, and improve health literacy. Weidenhammer developed a custom application integrating with their existing EMR system, providing streamlined case management. Key features include a case queue with demographic data, automated intake forms, document management, time tracking for utilization analysis, Power BI dashboards, and Salesforce integration for single-point data access.

Celigo iPaaS Integration

With critical information fragmented across their software ecosystem, Benecon needed a scalable integration strategy. Weidenhammer implemented Celigo, an iPaaS solution providing a cloud-native integration platform. By connecting NetSuite, BEDS, and other systems via Celigo, Benecon established a central integration layer that democratizes management for non-developers and provides organizational scalability as their application ecosystem evolves.
