Wyomissing, PA – February 24, 2014 – Weidenhammer, a leading provider of IT services, has announced the expansion of its data center footprint into the western half of the United States.
Weidenhammer has expanded and established a data center in Chandler, Arizona, in addition to the three Pennsylvania locations. This data center offers both current and future clients managed services and/or compute capacity that can be delivered in a variety of configurations that leverage this geographic diversity.
“We plan to target this location for our clients who are looking for geographic diversity for their critical compute services. We also see the expansion as an opportunity to explore the Phoenix area for growing our business for co-location, custom hosting, or as a backup location,” states Rick Phillips, Vice President- Compute Solutions.
Weidenhammer currently has a branch office located in Mesa, Arizona, 15 minutes from the new data center location. The expansion is made possible through the new partnership with Digital Realty Data Centers Solutions.
