Weidenhammer's Certified PowerSchool Team, acting as a certified agent for the Pearson PowerSchool Services team, utilizes Pearson's Custom PowerSchool Implementation Process as described below: The Implementation Process for PowerSchool follows a proven set of steps and processes that are designed to utilize a partnership approach between the Implementation Team and the district. Our process includes working with the district to establish a plan that will be used to lead the district through the implementation process. Tools are provided to the district that enables the Implementation Specialist to:• Perform remote installation of the application on the district's PowerSchool server
• Assist the district in the data conversion process, provide import templates and guidance with data mapping.
• Jointly review all the necessary configuration elements for the setup of PowerSchool and provide best practice recommendations.
• Work with the district to make sure the district information is being displayed correctly
PowerSchool's Implementation team provides our customers with the knowledge necessary to effectively manage and administer their PowerSchool SIS environment over the long-term.
