Back to Press Releases

Reading, PA – February 28, 2014 – 401! Creative, a division of Weidenhammer, recently contributed to the Lehigh Valley IronPigs new uniform and marketing campaign, a campaign that has generated interest throughout the United States.

Impressed by 401! Creative’s work and reputation throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, the IronPigs sought out the 401! Team when the time came to unveil their logos and uniforms. Centering on the baseball theme, “Every Pitch Tells a Story,” 401! developed a corresponding microsite, with custom photography by the 401! Creative team.

The microsite features a “Smell the Change” concept that is brought to life in the IronPigs -new bacon-themed Saturday uniforms, which includes a bacon strip logo transfixed to the cap, a fresh “Pigs” jersey design emblazoned across the chest as well as the first-of-its-kind bacon-style piping down both legs of the pants.

The IronPigs bacon-themed uniforms and integrated campaign has generated national attention, featured in publications and corresponding Websites such as Time, USA Today and ESPN.
